BlueCare is seeking a Home Services Lead in Toowoomba to manage day-to-day delivery of food, cleaning and laundry for residents. You will coach and empower a team, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred services and strong stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in aged care or healthcare, with a focus on food safety, compliance and continuous improvement. This is a permanent full-time role with weekend availability as required.

Qualificações

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete).
• Trade qualification (Hospitality/Commercial Cookery) or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
• Ability to satisfy probity checks in line with legislation and BlueCare policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of food services, cleaning and laundry services.
• Coach, support, and develop your team, building a strong, engaged culture.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Oversee workflow, rostering and operational performance.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, infection control and quality standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.
