Job summary

MJH Group (incorporating MOJO Homes and McDonald Jones Homes) is seeking a Sales Associate to support visitors at the display home, schedule appointments and guide customers through the journey of purchasing a new home. You will work closely with Sales Consultants, manage inquiries, and help close sales while aligning with our values.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll handle day-to-day centre operations and paperwork, with weekend work required (Saturday to Wednesday).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors to the display home and schedule appointments.
• Support day-to-day operations of the display centre.
• Assist customers through the sales cycle from lead development to closing.
• Handle customer inquiries to help informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet business objectives.
• Prepare sales paperwork accurately within timeframes.
