MJH Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join our display centre in New South Wales. You will work with Sales Consultants to guide customers through the journey of purchasing a new home, from greeting visitors to closing deals and handling enquiries.

This role emphasizes customer service excellence, a passion for home design, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Saturday to Wednesday availability is required, with Thursdays and Fridays off.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Associate works closely with our Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer to clients throughout their exciting journey of purchasing a new home. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist visitors to the display home and schedule appointments
• Support with the day-to-day operations of the display centre
• Support customers through the sales cycle from developing/qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
• Handle customer enquiries so they can make informed decisions
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are met
• Complete sales documentation and paperwork to a high standard and within required timeframes
