Sirius People is seeking a traditional Product Manager to own the Home Loans portfolio for a fast-growing non-bank lender headquartered in Sydney. You will drive profitability, pricing strategy, and risk management across the product lifecycle from acquisition to retention.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead capital design, P&L economics, and regulatory compliance, translating market data into actionable pricing strategies while optimizing customer outcomes.

Formación

• Experience as a PM in financial services, specifically home loans.
• Strong P&L and pricing experience.
• Understanding of lending regulations and risk management.
• Analytical, data-driven, and commercially focused.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial ownership: grow profitability of the home loan portfolio.
• Capital design and economics: optimize product margins.
• Risk and compliance: lead regulatory risk management.
• Customer lifecycle: improve conversion and retention.
• Process optimisation: develop SOPs and PIMs for controls.
• Market strategy: conduct research and benchmarking.
