You'll lead end-to-end initiatives, balancing customer, banker and regulatory needs, and shape roadmaps that enhance propositions and portfolio performance. A pragmatic, hands-on leader with strong communication will thrive in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong lending product management experience within financial services across the full lifecycle.
• Experience developing product strategies, customer propositions and roadmaps from concept to delivery.
• Strong commercial and numerical capability using data to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of lending governance, risk, regulation and the financial services landscape.
• Pragmatic hands-on approach, moving between strategy, detail and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence across the business.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product to manage and optimise lending products as commercial portfolios.
• Shape lending strategy and roadmaps, enhancing propositions and opportunities.
• Use customer, financial and market insights to drive performance and pricing.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery to delivery, including migrations and remediation.
• Own product governance, risk and regulatory requirements balancing outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships across the business to deliver improvements and ideas.
