Bank Australia is seeking a Customer Centre Agent for its Collingwood Head Office to deliver outstanding service across inbound and outbound contacts. The role operates on a 38-hour week within a hybrid model, delivering support for everyday banking needs and Customer Experience initiatives.

This 8-month fixed-term position offers coaching, development, and opportunities to engage with Bank Australia's customer-owned purpose and values.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience.
• Conduct outbound calls to welcome new customers and follow up inquiries.
