Job summary

My Guardian in NSW is seeking compassionate carers to provide person-centred care, companionship and support to clients in Thirlmere (postcode 2572). You will help with daily tasks, monitor wellbeing, and ensure dignity, privacy and safety at all times.

The role offers permanent opportunities with flexible scheduling, sponsorship where eligible, and training to advance your caregiving career. Aged or disability care certification and checks are preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meals, and a safe home environment.
• Experience transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus.
• A valid NDIS Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care.
• Valid police check, or willingness to obtain one.
