Job summary

My Guardian is seeking compassionate carers to join our dedicated team in NSW. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care, offer companionship, assist with domestic tasks, and support clients to maintain independence and dignity in their homes.

The role involves traveling to clients’ homes, documenting care accurately, and adhering to safeguarding and privacy standards. Relevant certificates (First Aid, police check, NDIS) and a willingness to obtain them are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Current First Aid Certificate is necessary to complete personal care.
• Valid police check, or willingness to obtain one.
