Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Carer to join our team in Campbelltown NSW. You will provide person-centred care, companionship and practical support to help clients live with dignity and independence.

Travel to Campbelltown NSW 2560 will be required. The role includes light household duties, monitoring wellbeing, and maintaining confidential care records in line with regulations. Training and development are offered to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry and meal prep.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments and social activities.
• Ability to document services and incidents accurately per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
• Carry out light household duties including cleaning, laundry and shopping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviour promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records ensuring dignity, privacy and safeguarding.
