Job summary

Ngare Employment Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate Carer to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in the Kallangur area (QLD 4503). The role involves companionship, light domestic duties, and documenting changes in health or wellbeing with a focus on dignity, privacy, and safeguarding.

Applicants should have experience in domestic assistance, transport support, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus.
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one.
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care.
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one.
