Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Carer to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in Larnook, NSW 2480. The role involves companionship, light household duties, and monitoring client health while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will hold relevant qualifications (Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent) and be prepared to obtain necessary checks (NDIS, First Aid, police).

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
