Job summary

My Guardian is seeking caring and dedicated carers to join our team in NSW. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to help clients live with dignity, comfort, and independence. The role includes companionship, light domestic tasks, transport support, and accurate record-keeping.

Training and development are offered, with flexible shifts to suit your availability. We value reliability and compassion, and sponsorship opportunities may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
• Sponsorship opportunities for the right candidate
• Permanent opportunities for the right candidate
• Ability to choose your own schedule and shifts - we work around your availability!
