My Guardian is expanding its in-home care team in Victoria, Australia, building an elite pool of compassionate workers to support independence and dignity for clients in Inglewood and surrounding areas.

You’ll be matched with clients, set your own hours, and access ongoing training plus visa sponsorship opportunities for the right candidates. This role offers flexibility and meaningful, community-focused work.

Formación

• Experience in domestic care, community support, or independent living assistance.
• Strong verbal and written communication with families and coordinators.
• Ability to document care accurately and maintain client records.

What You’ll Do

You won't just be checking boxes; you’ll be changing lives. Your day-to-day will focus on:

True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional wellbeing.

Independence at Home: Personal Care, helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.

Community Connection: Getting clients out and about—driving them to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.

What You Bring to the Team

We value heart, reliability, and professionalism above all else. To set you up for success, you will need:

Experience in Care: A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.

Great Communication: The ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and coordinators.

The Essentials: A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).

A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience!
