My Guardian Group in Victoria is expanding its care team, building an elite pool of Home Care Workers to support clients with independence and dignity.

As a Home Care Worker you’ll provide companionship, personal care, light domestic tasks, and help clients access the community. We offer flexible casual hours and priority shift access for the right candidates.

Visa sponsorship opportunities are available for the right people, with strong training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Ability to document care accurately and communicate with families and coordinators.
• Willingness to obtain required checks (First Aid/CPR, NDIS, Police Check).

What You’ll Do

You won't just be checking boxes; you’ll be changing lives. Your day-to-day will focus on:

True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional wellbeing.

Independence at Home: Personal Care, helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.

Community Connection: Getting clients out and about—driving them to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.

What You Bring to the Team

We value heart, reliability, and professionalism above all else. To set you up for success, you will need:

Experience in Care: A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.

Great Communication: The ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and coordinators.

The Essentials: A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).

A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience!
