Australian Unity Limited in New South Wales is seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers to assist clients in the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas, supporting independence at home with cleaning, laundry, meal prep and personal care.

You will have a current Australian Driver’s License, own reliable insured vehicle, and rosters Monday to Friday with the option of part-time or casual hours. The role includes travel time, travel allowance, and a supported induction.

Responsabilidades

• Transportation and Personal Care: assist with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: build relationships with clients and families, ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and customers safe

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers in Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas including - Illawong, Menai, Bangor, Woronora, Engadine, Heathcote, Bonnet Bay, Como, Kangaroo Point, Yarrawarrah, Loftus, Kirrawee, Gymea, Sylvania, Sylvania Waters, Taren Point, Miranda, Gymea Bay, Grays Point, Yowie Bay, Caringbah, Caringbah South, Lilli Pilli, Port Hacking, Dolans Point, Woolooware, Cronulla, Burraneer, Kurnell.

• Contract Type:Permanent Part-Timeor Casual (based on your location and availability)
• $32.61 to $36.59/hour(dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role

• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
