Job summary

Australian Unity is seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers to provide in-home assistance to our aged care customers in Ulladulla NSW and nearby areas including Milton. We offer Permanent Part-Time or Casual contracts (location dependent) with $32.61 to $36.59/hour, 12% super, travel allowance, paid travel time, a supported induction, smartphone and uniform, and Fitness Passport access.

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers in Ulladulla NSW and surrounding areas including - Narrawallee, Mollymook, Milton, Kings Point, Burrill Lake, Dolphin Point.
