Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced rostering or administration environment, with great attention to detail.
• Confidence using electronic rostering systems, Microsoft Office, and client databases.
• Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Certificate II/IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduling requests and manage rosters for support workers, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
• Match client preferences and staff availability with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date information in electronic rostering and client management systems.
• Monitor support worker hours in line with industrial obligations and process fortnightly timesheets.
• Liaise with staff, clients, and families to resolve scheduling issues quickly and professionally.
• Support your manager and team with administrative tasks as needed.
