Job summary

Right at Home Sydney Ryde Region is seeking an experienced Scheduling Officer to roster home care services for clients in the Ryde area. You will manage high-volume enquiries by phone and online and schedule care workers based on qualifications and availability.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with government standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Australian National Police check.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aged Care & Disability Industry experience and knowledge.
• Certificate III - IV in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability).

Responsibilities

• Handling high volume incoming telephone and internet enquiries.
• Roster services for clients by rostering care workers based on qualifications and availability.
• Create master rosters and manage daily changes to existing rosters.
• Manage system shift notes and redirect as needed.
• Maintain client, care worker and vendor compliance per government standards.
• Provide admin support to recruiter and assist with recruitment tasks.
• Liaise with accounts to ensure proper billing and enter client expenses in CRM and financial software.
