Respect is seeking a Scheduling Officer – Home Care to coordinate OT and Clinician visits from our Launceston or Warrnambool offices. The role operates Monday to Friday with a six‑weekly on‑call rotation, including weekend coverage.

You will support high‑quality care delivery, ensure timely scheduling, and help maintain compliance with Aged Care standards and client service agreements while adapting to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in logistics and scheduling coordination.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation in high‑pressure settings.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Proficient in information management and risk reporting.
• Knowledge of Home Care/Aged Care sector and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for rostering enquiries, coordinating requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update rosters and systems, ensuring staff availability and scheduling changes are accurate.
• Optimise workforce utilisation, maintaining high staff availability and compliance with agreements.
• Manage a high‑volume, fast‑paced workload, meeting deadlines with accuracy.
• Publish permanent rosters at least two weeks in advance and align scheduling with payroll timeframes.
• Manage non‑billable hours and establish new client schedules within service levels.
• Deliver high‑quality, professional communication with clients, families, staff, and stakeholders.
• Maintain records and compliance with policies and Aged Care standards.
