Job summary

ACH Group is seeking a full-time Scheduling Officer based at Mile End to coordinate rostering and scheduling for Nursing, Allied Health, Support Workers and Cleaners delivering services in customers’ homes. You will maintain accurate information across multiple systems and handle customer and employee queries with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires strong rostering experience, the ability to prioritise in a busy environment and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated rostering or scheduling experience in healthcare or home services.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for Nursing, Allied Health, Support Workers and Cleaners delivering services in customers' homes.
• Maintain accurate information in various systems and databases.
• Respond to customer and employee queries promptly and professionally.
• Undertake general administrative duties as required.
