Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a highly organised Workforce Scheduler for the Home Care business unit in Ramsgate. This permanent full-time role focuses on rostering client services across the home care network, ensuring staff skills align with client needs and preferences.

The role requires experience with rostering systems (AlayCare) and a strong understanding of EBAs, penalty rates, and scheduling across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with rostering systems and database management.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of EBAs, penalty rates, and scheduling across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely rostering of services to meet client needs and organisational standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for care staff regarding rostering requirements.
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, funding requirements, WHS, and enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, their support networks, and care coordinators to uphold client choice and dignity.
• Monitor KPIs related to travel time, missed services, and labour hire.
• Provide training and support on rostering systems and processes.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
