Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to join the Heathcote based team. You will schedule staff within a community/facility setting, ensuring timely and accurate services while collaborating with care teams to deliver person-centred care.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-stress environment. A full-time position is offered with standard office hours at our Heathcote Aged Care facility.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling staff in a community or facility setting.
• Experience with Procurra, Kronos or Workday.
• High level of customer service.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to assist with administrative tasks.
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights.
• National Police Certificate within the last 6 months.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
• Business/Scheduling qualification desirable.

Things that work for us

• Relevant experience in a similar role scheduling staff within a community/facility ensuring prompt and accurate services
• Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Procurra, Kronos and Workday desirable)
• High level of customer service skills
• The ability to work in a face past high stress role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to assist with administrative tasks as required
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan and from coordinator’s
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
• National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
• Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable but not essential
