St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore on Queensland's Sunshine Coast is seeking a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant) to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents. You will join a dedicated team at Maroochydore, focusing on daily living assistance and maintaining residents’ dignity and independence.

The role fits within St Vincent’s Heartprint model of holistic care, offering consistent rosters, salary packaging options, and opportunities to grow within a major Catholic

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent qualifications is essential.
• 6 months+ experience in residential aged care; dementia experience preferred.
• NDIS Working Screening Check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with daily living activities while respecting residents’ choices, routines, wellbeing and dignity.
• Work as part of a household team to ensure residents feel safe, valued and engaged.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records.

Things that work for us:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential

• 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience (dementia experience) highly regarded

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records

• Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan

• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory
