St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to join St Vincent's @ Home in Heathcote. You will coordinate staff scheduling, support care plans, and liaise with care services to ensure timely, compassionate home care.

The role emphasizes person-centred care, strong communication, and administrative coordination in a busy aged care setting. Full-time, Monday–Friday, based at Heathcote facility.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience scheduling staff within a community or facility setting.
• Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Procurra, Kronos and Workday desirable).
• High level of customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-stress role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position based at our Heathcote Aged Care facility, working Monday to Friday during standard office hours.

Things that work for us

• Relevant experience in a similar role scheduling staff within a community/facility ensuring prompt and accurate services
• Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Procurra, Kronos and Workday desirable)
• High level of customer service skills
• The ability to work in a face past high stress role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to assist with administrative tasks as required
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan and from coordinator’s
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
• National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
• Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable but not essential
