Job summary

Generation Care is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our fully community-based team across the Central Coast, NSW. You will travel to clients’ homes, delivering assessments and personalised treatment plans to support mobility and independence.

Applicants should have AHPRA registration and experience in aged care, community health or NDIS is highly regarded. Strong communication and the ability to work independently in a mobile role are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged care, community health or NDIS is highly regarded.
• Strong clinical reasoning and a person-centred approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile, community-based role.
• Valid Australian working rights and relevant insurances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes.
• Develop and deliver personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Support mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals.
• Work collaboratively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete clinical documentation and track client outcomes.
• Travel throughout your allocated community area to provide services.
