Job summary

HammondCare in New South Wales is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical Care & Practice Team, based in Horsley or Nowra. You will assess client needs, set goals, and provide treatment and intervention in community, home visits, or clinic settings.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain AHPRA registration, travel between homes, and contribute to person-centred care aligned with HammondCare values.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
• Strong communicator with good time management.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence for travel between clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional care needs and set clear care goals.
• Provide treatment and intervention to clients.
• Deliver services through home visits and clinic-based activities.
• Deliver person-centred care in line with HammondCare values.
