Job summary

HammondCare in NSW is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist (16 hours/week, Mon & Tue) to join the hospital-based team. You will assess mobility, set goals and deliver evidence-based treatment within a multidisciplinary environment that aligns with HammondCare values.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
• Experience in providing Physiotherapy Services in Rehabilitation or other Sub-acute areas of care (e.g. Palliative Care)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to professional development and ability to implement evidence-based practice.

• Assess patients' mobility and care needs within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Set care goals and provide evidence-based treatment.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement within HammondCare.
