Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to support older Australians in the Central Coast region including Gosford and surrounds. You will deliver assessments and interventions to help clients maintain independence and mobility at home.

The role emphasizes reablement, restorative care, and working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, with flexible work-from-home options and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in assessing physiotherapy needs in aged care or community settings.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Strong reablement/restorative care knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions.
• Support independence and mobility for older adults living at home.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
