Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join a growing team serving older Australians in Foster/Taree and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care to help clients maintain independence at home.

You will work within a supportive Well-Living oriented team of health professionals, using strong communication, computer literacy and a current AHPRA registration to

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
