Port Stephens Council is seeking a Holiday Park Manager to steer the day-to-day operations of Thou Walla Sunset Retreat. The role reports to the Holiday Parks Business and Operations Manager and involves hands-on leadership across housekeeping, grounds, and guest services to maximise guest experiences.

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Holiday Park Operations, Tourism, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a tourist accommodation business (Holiday Park, Hotel, or Resort).
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team.
• High level customer service experience.
• Cash handling and financial reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and support Housekeeping, Grounds, and Guest Services teams.
• Ensure operations align with monthly and annual budgets and work programs.
