Port Stephens Council is seeking a Holiday Park Manager to steer the day-to-day operations of Thou Walla Sunset Retreat. The role reports to the Holiday Parks Business and Operations Manager and involves hands-on leadership across housekeeping, grounds, and guest services to maximise guest experiences.

The opportunity

Thou Walla Sunset Retreat is looking for a dedicated and operational minded Holiday Park Manager to steer the day-to-day success of our beautiful coastal park. Reporting to the Holiday Parks Business and Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the park's performance, compliance, and overall management. This role operates across a flexible seven-day roster (including an on-call rotation) and is perfect for a structured leader who balances big-picture business management with a practical, hands-on approach to daily operations.

At the heart of this role is leading people and driving performance. You will directly mentor and support our Housekeeping, Grounds, and Guest Services teams, ensuring all duties are undertaken to maximise positive guest experiences. Your sound judgment will ensure that our daily operations align perfectly with monthly and annual budgets and work programs. • This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 38 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement
• Base Salary Range: $90,888 - $106,927 pa based on 38 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,562 retention allowance
