Reflections Holiday Parks in Tumut is seeking a Guest Services & Housekeeping Supervisor for a permanent full-time role. The position involves coordinating guest services and housekeeping across our NSW properties, with a 76-hour fortnight and weekend/on-call shifts.

The role requires a customer-focused leader who can manage bookings, respond to guest needs, and uphold high standards of presentation and service. A valid Australian work-rights and transport are required.

• Confident using booking, administrative and POS systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible with weekend and holiday work.
• Drivers license and own vehicle or reliable transport.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employees and coordinate daily workloads.
• Manage guest arrivals, bookings, departures, enquiries and service requests.
• Provide high-level customer service and de-escalate complaints.
• Support memorable, personalised guest experiences.
• Onboard and mentor new team members.
• Maintain high presentation standards across accommodation, amenities and shared spaces.
• Support housekeeping with cabin turnover.
• Manage cabin, cleaning and kiosk stock.
• Assist with financial administration, reporting and inspections.
• Respond to guest feedback and operational issues.
• Support other areas during busy periods.
• Follow and promote WHS policies and procedures.
