Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Dubbo is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and help drive guest obsession and People Power across service and production areas, leading a team to meet guest expectations.

Responsibilities include executing promotions, developing staff, merchandising, stock control and maintaining a safe workplace. The role offers strong career pathways and competitive pay.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where:
