OTR Hungry Jack's in Angle Vale is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team, ensure top service, and drive operations.

You will train crew, manage shifts, monitor costs, and uphold safety and cleanliness while delivering guest satisfaction. This role offers training and progression within a franchised Hungry Jack's network through OTR.

About The Role

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties. They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.

Duties

• Conduct structured training for crew members
• Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions
• Develop shift plans
• Drive sales & profitability
• Monitor production controls
• Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety
• Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs
• Manage all shift safety & hygiene requirements

Skills & Experience

• Retail or Hospitality leadership experience preferable
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Exceptional organisational & time management skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly

Management Training Plan

If successful - you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.

• Week 1 to 6 - Crew Station Training
• Week 7 to 11 - Leadership/Management Training
• Week 12 - Certification
