Job summary

Kennards Hire is seeking a Service Person Driver in Australia. You will be the critical link between branches, customers and projects, offering expert advice, pickups, deliveries and ensuring equipment is ready for hire.

The role includes full training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team environment. Benefits include weekend allowances and potential profit sharing, with a base salary of AU$71,500 plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service across diverse backgrounds.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Availability to work half day Saturdays on a rotating roster.
• Light to moderate physical work including lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Instruct customers on how to safely use equipment.
• Drive to pick up and deliver equipment, loading/unloading safely.
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Maintain equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
• Clean branch facilities and perform equipment maintenance as required.
• Perform equipment check-in/check-out inspections.
