Moama Bowling Club in New South Wales is seeking a skilled Cook for our main kitchen on a full-time, permanent basis. You will perform all food preparation and cooking duties in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires experience in commercial cookery and plating, with a focus on hygiene and portion control. Salary ranges from AUD 70,000 to 80,000 plus 12% superannuation, with healthy lifestyle benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cookery.
• Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Experience in food preparation and plating up.

Responsibilities

• Perform all food preparation and cooking duties.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
• Work across all sections of the kitchen including pans and fryers.
• Ensure consistency and portion control is adhered to.
• General kitchen cleaning duties as required.
