Requirements include 2–3 years in a commercial kitchen, hospitality qualifications, and a Food Handlers Certificate.

• Experience in food preparation and cooking for large numbers of people.
• Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and prepare raw ingredients and food items.
• Operate ovens, grills, fryers and other cooking equipment.
• Cook a variety of dishes using menu-specific techniques.
• Maintain hygienic kitchen environment and safe practices.
• Support stock control and reduce wastage.
