whseq pty ltd is hiring for multiple kitchen roles in the Western Suburbs. We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic culinary staff to join our team immediately across Chef, Line Cook, Commercial Cook, Kitchen Hand, Kitchen Assistant and Dishwasher roles.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting, strong prep and plating skills, and a commitment to kitchen safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is required.
• Strong food prep and plating skills.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
• Available for weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes to high standards.
• Maintain safety and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume team environment.
• Be flexible with rostering across full-time, part-time or casual roles.
