Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume food preparation and a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and as part of a group.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food to a high standard, following established recipes and culinary techniques.
• Examining food quality and freshness at all stages of preparation.
• Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment.
• Seasoning, portioning, and plating dishes, including sauces and garnishes.
• Managing food storage in temperature-controlled facilities to ensure safety and longevity.
• Preparing food for special dietary requirements as requested by patrons.
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety by enforcing regulations and cleaning procedures.
• Collaborating with the team, including discussing preparation issues with managers and teammates.
