• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Flexible and willing attitude with strong communication and customer service.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Ability to manage own sections and deliver high-quality food.
• Pride in food presentation with top quality.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Food hygiene knowledge and practices.
• Availability for rotating roster Mon–Sun.
• 38 hours per week on average.
