Job summary

Jellinbah Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable professional to manage high-volume invoice processing and reconciliations. You will respond to supplier queries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate debtor and creditor ledgers while supporting month-end activities.

We value attention to detail, reliability and the ability to coordinate with site teams across a multi-entity business. Experience with TechnologyOne CiA or similar ERP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Solid Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience across Accounts Receivable activities.
• Strong reconciliation and data entry skills.
• Good attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to investigate issues rather than pass them on.
• Confidence dealing with suppliers across the business.
• Experience with shared inboxes and query resolution.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in a complex or multi-entity business is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Managing the accounts inbox and responding to supplier and internal queries.
• Investigating and resolving invoice, purchase order, receipting and payment discrepancies.
• Reviewing supplier statements and following up outstanding invoices.
• Completing reconciliations and keeping supplier accounts accurate and up to date.
• Working with site and operational teams to resolve outstanding invoices, purchase orders and receipting issues.
• Assisting with payment and month-end processes.
• Keeping on top of deadlines in a high-volume processing environment.
• Reconciling and receipting funds received.
• Preparing intercompany and recharge invoices.
• Reviewing debtor ledgers and balances.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies and unreconciled items.
• Keeping debtor accounts and records accurate and up to date.
