Robert Half Australia is partnering with a Cannington-based organisation to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer. The role covers end-to-end AP in a high-volume environment with fortnightly payment runs and strong supplier relationships.

You will reconcile bank and credit cards, process ad hoc payments, and handle supplier queries while maintaining precise records. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator who can work autonomously and within a team is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume accounts payable role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end Accounts Payable processing (high volume).
• Preparing and reviewing fortnightly payment runs.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Processing ad hoc payments and staff reimbursements.
• Managing supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider finance team.
