Job summary

Robert Half Australia is seeking a Finance Officer to cover end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will take ownership of AP processes from invoicing to payment and manage AR activities including invoicing, allocations and debtor reconciliations.

The role also supports month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations within a collaborative finance team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years' experience in AP/AR, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience across end-to-end AP and AR.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own AP from invoice receipt through to payment including processing, coding, supplier reconciliations, payment runs and supplier relationship management.
• Manage AR invoicing, allocations, collections, debtor reconciliations and customer account queries with stakeholders across the business.
• Support month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, audit requirements and process improvement initiatives across the finance function.
