Job summary

Talesca in NSW is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of high voltage construction projects, including substations and BESS works. You will ensure safety, quality and on-time performance across multiple locations in NSW.

Reporting to the NSW Construction Manager, you will supervise site teams and subcontractors, coordinate outages and permits, manage costs and drive continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering high voltage construction projects.
• Leadership of on-site site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Safety, quality and environmental compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction activities across HV projects.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Coordinate outages, permits, and work sequencing with utilities.
• Maintain communication with Project Managers, clients and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, costs and site performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Lead site meetings with subcontractors and clients.
• Support planning, resource allocation and on-site improvements.
