Job summary

Enerven is expanding its NSW delivery team and seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead high‑voltage substation projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate on‑site crews, subcontractors and resources, ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance across multi‑discipline teams.

This role requires hands‑on leadership in heavy industrial electrical construction, with rostering across NSW sites and travel as needed for project success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience delivering substation projects end-to-end.
• Experience delivering projects for TransGrid is highly regarded.
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of allocated projects from start to finish.
• Drive WHS, environmental and quality compliance across teams and subcontractors.
• Provide clear leadership, direction and supervision to construction crews
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocation
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Monitor and improve project performance across productivity, cost, quality and compliance.
