Job summary

Enerven is expanding its NSW footprint and recruiting a Civil Site Supervisor with a solid background in substation or heavy industrial construction. You will lead safety, quality and delivery across the site, coordinating subcontractors and internal teams to meet project milestones and client requirements.

The role involves on-site leadership on projects across NSW with rosters that may include extended periods on site and travel as needed, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest

Qualifications

• Experience managing major earthworks and civil construction on substation, electrical infrastructure, or similar large-scale projects.
• Strong experience leading crews and managing subcontractors on construction sites.
• Experience delivering projects for Transgrid or similar high-voltage infrastructure is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing WHS, environmental and quality systems for the entire worksite.
• Supervising work group performance, productivity, stakeholder engagement and compliance.
• Coordinating between subcontractors, internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Work planning to ensure schedule and project outcomes are met.
• Ensuring resource utilization is cost-effective to meet budget needs.
