Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a High Voltage Project Manager to lead HV infrastructure and substation packages on large-scale projects in Sydney. You will work with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery across the full lifecycle.

The role targets major healthcare and data centre environments, offers ownership of specialist HV packages, and promises a long-term project pipeline and clear career progression within a Tier 1 electrical

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high voltage infrastructure or substation projects.
• Strong understanding of full HV project lifecycle including installation, testing and commissioning.
• Electrical engineering or relevant technical qualification/trade background.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of HV infrastructure and substation packages across major projects
• Oversee HV works from design and procurement through to installation, testing, commissioning and handover
• Manage project budgets, programmes, subcontractors and key project deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and internal project teams
• Ensure HV works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and to the required quality standards

The business delivers major electrical projects across some of Sydney’s most complex and high-profile environments, with a particularly strong pipeline across the healthcare and data centre sectors.

They are looking to bring in a specialist HV Project Manager who can take ownership of the high voltage infrastructure components of large-scale projects. You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle of HV infrastructure and substations, working closely with project teams, clients, consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.

• Experience working on large-scale commercial, healthcare, data centre or similarly complex projects
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and commercial skills
