Job summary

Marble Group is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead Tier 1 electrical projects in Sydney. You will manage projects from planning through commissioning, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and to high standards.

The role requires NSW Electrical Licence and prior Tier 1 or senior supervision experience. You will work with leading teams across diverse sectors, enjoying career progression and a strong pipeline of work in the Sydney area.

Qualifications

• NSW Electrical Licence is required and demonstrates authorised electrical practice.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coordinating multiple teams.
• Experience delivering Tier 1 projects or working for a Tier 1 contractor is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial performance of projects.
• Coordinate site teams, supervisors and subcontractors to meet milestones.

Electrical Project Manager | Tier 1 Projects | Sydney

We're partnering with several leading Tier 1 electrical contractors across Sydney who are looking to hire experienced Electrical Project Managers.

These opportunities span a diverse range of projects, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, data centres, government, infrastructure, warehouses and high-end residential developments.

The Role

Working closely with Site Supervisors, Leading Hands and project teams, you'll be responsible for managing electrical projects from initial planning and procurement through to delivery, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing electrical projects from start to finish
• Overseeing project budgets, forecasts and financial performance
• Managing project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Coordinating Site Supervisors, Leading Hands, electricians and subcontractors
• Managing procurement, materials, variations and project documentation
• Building strong relationships with clients, builders, consultants and other stakeholders
• Conducting site visits and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
• Supporting projects through to commissioning and handover

About You

• NSW Electrical Licence
• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor
• Experience delivering Tier 1 projects or working for a Tier 1 electrical contractor is highly regarded
• Strong commercial, financial and project management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage project teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
