You will translate program requirements into practical actions, coach capability, and ensure compliance with standards while fostering a positive, accountable culture that supports employment and broader goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading performance-driven teams delivering employment or human services.
• Coaching staff to achieve targets while ensuring participant-centred service.
• Ability to translate program requirements into practical actions.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders and provide guidance.
• Sound judgement and emotional intelligence in complex staff situations.
• Experience in regulated government-funded service environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a small team of Employment Coaches.
• Translate program requirements into actionable plans across two sites.
• Coach team to build capability and achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and accreditation standards.
