Job summary

Qualifications

• Be willing to complete a traineeship - Certificate 3 Business Administration.
• Experience working customer service but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries via phone or email.
• Providing technical support on hardware and software issues.
• Escalating unresolved issues as appropriate.
• Monitoring data quality in the system.
• Identifying areas for improvement in processes related to data quality.
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.
